研究了经铸造、热锻、固溶淬火和冷变形后的CU-Ni-Be-X合金在不同时效规范时效后的硬度和电导率变化规律。透射电镜观察及电子衍射分析结果表明,合金中两种析出相及其形貌是影响合金不同规范时效后性能变化的重要原因。
The changes of hardness and electrical conductivity of Cu-Ni-Be-X alloy after casting, hot forging, solution hardening and cold deformation after different aging treatments were studied. Transmission electron microscopy and electron diffraction analysis showed that the two precipitates in the alloy and their morphology are the important factors that affect the performance of the alloy after aging under different standards.
