在外加阴极保护电位下,采用慢应变速率试验、动电位极化方法以及扫描电镜(SEM)观察等方法对比分析了西部管道用大口径X80钢在新疆三种典型土壤模拟溶液中的氢脆行为。结果表明:在外加-1.1V(CSE)电位条件下,在新疆农田、戈壁和沙漠三种典型土壤的模拟溶液中,X80钢均发生强度和塑性损失,表现出氢脆敏感性;在不同的环境中,随着土壤电导率的增加和pH的降低,X80钢的氢脆敏感性增加。
Under the condition of cathodic protection potentials, the hydrogen embrittlement behavior of large diameter X80 steel for west pipeline in three typical soil simulating solutions in Xinjiang was compared and analyzed by slow strain rate test, potentiodynamic polarization test and scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation. . The results show that under the applied potential of -1.1V (CSE), the strength and ductility loss of X80 steel occurs in the simulated solution of three typical soils of farmland, desert and desert in Xinjiang, showing the sensitivity to hydrogen embrittlement. In the environment, the hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity of X80 steel increased with the increase of soil conductivity and pH.
