以北京市2001—2012年的水资源数据为依据,从多年水资源量的变化分析水资源总量、地表水资源量和地下水资源量的总体异动格局。结合近些年北京市经济社会发生的变化,尤其是在人口数量不断增加的背景下,基于“5水”联合配置的理论支持,在供水量总量波动平稳的情况下,通过联合配置地表水、地下水、再生水、南水北调水和应急供水,基本形成了科学、循环和可持续利用的多元化供水格局,且实现了人均水资源量以3.2%的速度增加,北京市域水资源异动趋势向好。
Based on the data of water resources in Beijing from 2001 to 2012, this paper analyzes the overall pattern of total water resources, surface water resources and groundwater resources from the changes of water resources in many years. Combining the changes of economic and social in Beijing in recent years, especially under the background of increasing population, the theoretical support based on the “5-water” joint configuration, with the total amount of water supply fluctuating steadily, Surface water, groundwater, reclaimed water, water diversion from south to north and emergency water supply have basically formed a diversified water supply pattern with scientific, circular and sustainable utilization and achieved an increase of 3.2% in water resources per capita. The trend of water resources changes in Beijing it is good.
