提高职业教育质量的关键在教师,提高师资水平的重点在培训。《国务院关于大力推进职业教育改革与发展的决定》中专门指出:要重视职业学校校长培训工作,逐步实行校长持证上岗的制度,加强职业教育师资培养培训基地建设,逐步完善职业教育师资培养培训网络。我国职业教育师资培养培训工作已开展多年,特别是教育部确立全国52个重点建设职教师资培训基地之后,全国职业教育师资培训工作更是得以大面积深入展开,这无疑极大地促进了我国职业教育发展水平和质量的不断提高。本期专题集中报道了上海、南昌两地三家职教师资培训基地的运作情况。从中,我们在为培训基地普遍采取多形式、多途径等方式大力提高职教师资水平感到鼓舞的同时,也应清醒地面对和深入分析培训基地建设的进程中遇到的各种困难,以期推动师资培训工作不断完善,促进职业教育不断发展。
