PBL是指通过引入“真实生活”情境或案例学习,要求学生运用手头的主题内容和方法来探究问题的解决方案~([1])。这一模式是由美国神经病学教授Barrows于1969在加拿大的麦克马斯特大学首创,先后在全世界200余所医科院校推广应用~([2])。随着医学科学技术的日趋交叉渗透,我国的护理教育必须适应产业化、大众化和国际化的发展趋势,迅速与世界接轨,为社会提供高素质、高水平的护理人才。PBL教学方法的推广应用将会促进护理教育事业的发展。
PBL refers to the solution to the problem (1) by asking students to use the subject content and methods at hand to introduce “real-life” situations or case studies. This model was pioneered by Barrows, a professor of neurology in the United States, at McMaster University in Canada in 1969 and has been used in more than 200 medical schools around the world ~ ([2]). With the increasing penetration of medical science and technology, nursing education in China must adapt to the development trend of industrialization, popularization and internationalization, rapidly integrate with the world and provide the society with high-quality and high-level nursing talents. The popularization and application of PBL teaching methods will promote the development of nursing education.
