对 4343/ 30 0 3铝合金复合硬钎焊板最终热处理工艺进行了研究 ,运用方差分析方法对影响因素进行了分析。结果表明 ,退火温度是影响 4343/ 30 0 3铝合金复合硬钎焊板二次加工深冲成形性能的主要因素 ,对冷加工率为 75 %的 4343/ 30 0 3铝合金复合硬钎焊板 (厚 1 2mm)制定的 380~ 40 0℃保温 1 5~ 2 0h的成品最终热处理工艺 ,能有效解决 4343/ 30 0 3铝合金复合硬钎焊板二次深冲开裂的质量问题
The final heat treatment process of 4343/3003 aluminum alloy brazing sheet was studied, and the influencing factors were analyzed by variance analysis method. The results show that the annealing temperature is the main factor affecting the deep drawing formability of the secondary processing of 4343/3003 aluminum alloy composite brazing sheet. For 4343/3003 aluminum alloy composite brazing sheet with a cold working rate of 75% Thickness 12mm) developed 380 ~ 40 0 ℃ insulation 1 5 ~ 2 0h finished heat treatment process can effectively solve the 4343/3003 aluminum alloy brazing sheet secondary deep-drawing cracking quality problems
