高容积率的高层住宅在满足城市居民的住房要求,改善了居民的居住条件的同时,也存在着公共交往空间设计不合理的诸多问题,造成了居民人际交往淡漠、认同感缺失,本文结合徐州汉邦广场住区项目实践,分别从入户大堂,架空式底层,生态车库,三级物业管理等方面探讨了了改善高层住宅公共交往空间的设计策略。一方面改善住区的居住环境品质和公共设施服务水平,另一方面力求增强住区居民邻里感和归属感,改善邻里淡漠的社区现状。
In addition to meeting the housing requirements of urban residents and improving residents’ living conditions, high-rise residential houses with high floor area have many problems of irrational design of public communication spaces, resulting in indifferent interpersonal contacts and lack of identity. In this paper, Hanbang Square residential project practice, respectively, from the entrance lobby, overhead floor, ecological garage, three levels of property management and other aspects of improving the design of high-rise residential public relations space strategy. On the one hand, it will improve the quality of residential environment and public facilities and services on the other hand, and strive to enhance neighborhood residents’ sense of belonging and belonging, and improve the status quo of the neighborhood’s indifferent community.
