基层人力资源匮乏容易导致医院发展受限,要想提升基层医院的服务能力,必须加大人力资源的培养和经费的投入,科学合理的岗位设置和良好的聘用管理对医院人力资源管理的提升非常重要。本文对目前基层医院的岗位设置和聘用管理中容易遇到的疑难问题进行分析,并提出相关的建议,为基层医院人力资源管理提供参考意见。
The lack of grass-roots human resources can easily lead to the development of hospitals is limited. To enhance the service capabilities of grass-roots hospitals, we must increase human resources training and funding, scientific and reasonable job settings and good employment management to enhance the human resources management in the hospital important. This article analyzes the problems that are easy to be encountered in the post establishment and employment management of primary hospitals and puts forward relevant suggestions to provide reference for the human resources management in primary hospitals.
