21世纪是知识经济时代 ,人力资源是图书馆事业持续发展的根本保证 ,搞好图书馆人力资源管理势在必行。本文主要分析了目前制约图书馆人力资源发挥作用的因素 ,提出了人力资源管理的新理念、新举措。
The 21st century is the era of knowledge-based economy. Human resources are the fundamental guarantee for the sustainable development of libraries. It is imperative to improve human resources management in libraries. This article mainly analyzes the current factors that restrict the human resources of the library and puts forward the new concepts and measures of human resources management.
