探索了一种简易男性节育药的筛选方法,将少量样品注射到大鼠睾丸白膜下,共2次,于第3周末解剖大鼠,作附睾精子、睾丸和附睾组织学检查。该法比WHO制订的MB-50分析法简单、省时、用药量少。药物注入后可在睾丸内进行部分代谢,因此,具有抗生育活性的代谢产物也能得到阳性结果。共筛选了近200个样品,并与MB-50比较,结果基本一致,仅出现个别假阳性并无假阴性,因此可以作为初筛方法。
A simple screening method for male birth control pills was explored. A small amount of sample was injected into the rat testis under the albuginea for 2 times. At the end of the third week, rats were dissected for histological examination of the spermary, testis and epididymis. The MB-50 method developed by this method is simpler, less time-consuming and less dosage-consuming than the WHO. The drug can be partially metabolized in the testes after injection, so metabolites with anti-fertility activity can also give positive results. A total of nearly 200 samples were screened and compared with MB-50. The results were basically the same. Only a few false positives did not show false negatives, so they could be used as primary screening methods.
