黄土汤出自张仲景《金匮要略》,原为治疗中焦虚寒,不能摄血而血渗于下的先便后血之远血证而设,具有温脾摄血的功能。方中黄土即伏龙肝,合白术、附子温中祛寒,以恢复脾脏统血的功能;甘草、地黄、阿胶养血、止血;黄芩反佐,制约温燥之品,以防太过。笔者以本方加减治愈脾虚不能摄血所致的紫癜证2例,报告如下。
