为了给国内学者们在该领域的后续研究提供有益思路,针对国内档案服务研究领域的现状以及发展趋势进行较为系统的分析变得尤为重要。以中文社会科学引文索引数据库中收录的2000-2016年国内档案服务研究文献作为研究对象,借助可视化分析软件CiteSpaceIII,分别从研究力量、研究热点以及研究主题等三个方面进行分析,以此揭示出国内档案服务研究领域的研究现状、特点及发展趋势。国内档案服务研究领域机构相互之间的合作频次较少,机构之间的合作呈现出较强的区域性。但是,研究人员在新课题探索中具有国际化的研究视野。此外,对于公共档案馆、档案网站等方面的研究热度迅速升温,越来越注重开发档案的社会化服务职能。该领域研究已经呈现出档案资源服务社会化、知识化、数字化等三大发展趋势。
In order to provide useful ideas for the follow-up study of domestic scholars in this field, it is particularly important to conduct a systematic analysis of the status quo and development trend of domestic file service research. Taking the research literature of domestic archives service 2000-2000 collected in the Chinese social science citation index database as the research object and using the visual analysis software CiteSpaceIII to analyze from three aspects of research strength, research hotspot and research topic respectively, Research Status, Characteristics and Development Trend of Domestic File Service Research. There is less frequent cooperation among agencies in the field of domestic file service research, and the cooperation among agencies shows a strong regional dimension. However, researchers have an international perspective in the exploration of new topics. In addition, research on public archives and archives websites has been rapidly heating up and more and more attention has been paid to the socialized service functions of developing archives. Research in this field has shown three major trends of socialization, knowledge-basedization and digitization of file resources services.
