目的:探讨胃复安联合抗胆碱能药物治疗消化道疾病的临床效果;方法:选取我院2012年3月-2014年6月收治的消化道疾病患者120例为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组60例,对照组单用胃复安治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合抗胆碱能药,观察两组患者治疗效果及不良反应。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为91.67%,同对照组80.00%比较,明显较高(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为10.00%,同对照组21.67%比较,明显较低(P<0.05)。结论在消化道疾病治疗中,联合使用胃复安与抗胆碱能药物效果显著,安全性高,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of metoclopramide combined with anticholinergic drugs in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. Methods: 120 patients with gastrointestinal diseases admitted to our hospital from March 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the research subjects. The random number table Law divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metoclopramide only. The observation group was treated with anticholinergic drugs on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was 91.67%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% of control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 10.00%, which was significantly lower than 21.67% in control group (P <0.05). Conclusions In the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases, the combination of metoclopramide and anticholinergic drugs has remarkable effect and high safety, which is worthy of popularization.
