以不同浓度的 NAA、6- BA、KT处理广西三号和广西六号无籽西瓜嫁接接穗切口。结果各激素均以 2 0 ppm浓度处理的嫁接成活率最高 ,处理的广西三号比对照成活率提高 14.5～ 17.5个百分点 ;广西六号提高 13.5～ 17.0个百分点 ;愈合时间比对照缩短 3天。其中又以 6- BA的作用效应优于 NAA和 KT
Seedlings of Guangxi No.3 and Guangxi No.6 seedling grafted scion were treated with different concentrations of NAA, 6-BA and KT. Results The survival rate of all three hormones treated with 20 ppm was the highest. The survival rate of Guangxi No.3 was 14.5-17.5 percentage points higher than that of the control and 13.5-17.0 percentage points higher than that of Guangxi No.6. The healing time was 3 days shorter than that of the control. Among them, the effect of 6-BA is better than that of NAA and KT
