今年1～5月份,炼钢厂共生产合格连铸板坯46万t,逐月合格连铸板坯产量均有增加,并顺利地实现月达产,特别是5月份,合格连铸板坯产量达到10.56万t。1～5月份,各项经济技术指标均较好,钢水综合合格率99.79%,连铸板坯综合合格率97.72%,板坯综合收得率96.99%,板坯无缺陷率91.69%,连铸溢、漏钢率仅0.1%,全厂钢铁料消耗平均1157 kg/t坯。生产的钢种除了Q系列、SPHC及SS400外,还开发了具有较高附加值、市场急需的新产品,包括供冷轧用低碳钢SPCC、焊接气瓶用钢HP295及焊管用钢SPHT1等钢种。完成了供韩国、意大利及台湾等专用板坯
