近年来,随着社会经济的迅速发展,建筑工程数量越来越多,大大加大了建筑工程施工管理难度,传统的管理模式已经无法满足日益增多的建筑工程量管理需求。此背景下,本文首先分析了建筑工程施工管理现状及采用网络计划技术的必要性,其次对网络计划技术在建筑工程施工管理中的应用问题进行了相关阐述,最后探讨了建筑工程施工管理中网络计划技术应用完善措施,以期提高项目施工效率,从而提升企业竞争力。
In recent years, with the rapid development of society and economy, the number of construction projects is more and more large, which has greatly increased the difficulty of construction management. The traditional management mode has been unable to meet the increasing demand for construction quantity management.
