利用拉伸试验机和EBSD技术分析研究了2A97铝锂合金力学性能的各向异性与不同热处理状态的微观织构变化。结果表明,合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率随取样方向呈现一定的各向异性。合金微观织构的变化引起了其各向异性。在TDND截面上,时效0 h和16 h的立方织构{001}<100>含量比时效0.5 h多,降低合金的各向异性。随着时效时间的增加,合金各个截面上的再结晶织构含量都有所增加。时效16 h时,试样再结晶织构与变形织构的百分含量相差最小,且在各个截面上分布比较均匀,其强度各向异性指标最小,改善了各向异性。
The tensile test machine and EBSD technique were used to analyze the anisotropy of mechanical properties of 2A97 Al-Li alloy and the microstructure change of different heat-treated state. The results show that the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of the alloy show some anisotropy with the sampling direction. The microstructure of the alloy changes its anisotropy. In the TDND section, the cubic texture {001} <100> content at 0 h and 16 h after aging is more than 0.5 h, reducing the anisotropy of the alloy. With the increase of aging time, the content of recrystallized texture in each section of the alloy increases. After aging for 16 h, the difference between the recrystallization texture and the textured texture is the smallest, and the distribution is uniform over all cross sections with the smallest anisotropy index and the anisotropy improved.
