方广玉为了他贪污受贿的14万元可谓不辞辛苦、绞尽脑汁,前后经过7次策划,三千五千地一点一点积累起来。这种敛财的手段与那些日进斗金的“大人物”相比,确实是“辛苦”了些,但这种蚂蚁搬家式的贪污还是让他颇有“成就感”。只可惜,煞费苦心搬进家里的东西不但要悉数退还,还把自己也折腾进了监狱。现年53岁的方广玉原是安徽省阜阳市颍东区区委副书记,颍东区第二届人大代表。2001年10月29日,阜阳市纪委以涉嫌贪污、受贿的犯罪线索将其移送至阜阳市人民检察院。2003年2月26日,此案由临泉县人民检察院提起公诉。12月12日,临泉县人民法院经审理认为,方广玉身为国家工作人员,利用职务之便,采取侵吞、虚报、骗取等手段,共计贪污公款65333.12元,构成贪污罪,依法判处有期徒刑6年；其利用职务上的便利,非法收受他人财物82000元现金,并为他人谋取利益,构成受贿罪,判处有期徒刑5年,合并执行10年；违法所得147333.12元予以追缴。 Fang Guangyu for his 140,000 yuan corruption and bribery can be described as hard-working, brains, before and after 7 planning, 3,500 a little bit of accumulation.
