为了研发水下及潮湿环境下修补用环氧结构胶,探讨了填料硅微粉对环氧结构胶性能的影响,测试了硅微粉增强环氧结构胶的溶水率、吸水率和力学性能。结果表明:在试验范围内,随着硅微粉掺量和细度的增加,环氧结构胶的吸水率提高,而溶水率和粘结强度则呈先提高后降低;掺800目硅微粉的作用效果优于掺400目硅微粉的;掺400目硅微粉对环氧结构胶的抗压强度先提高后趋于稳定,掺800目硅微粉对环氧结构胶的抗压强度则呈先提高后降低;微硅粉的掺加会降低环氧结构胶断裂伸长率。
In order to develop the epoxy structural adhesive for repairing underwater and damp environments, the effect of filler silica microspheres on the properties of epoxy structural adhesives was investigated. The water solubility, water absorption and mechanical properties of the epoxy structural adhesives were tested. The results show that the water absorption of epoxy structural adhesive increases with the increase of the content and fineness of silica powder, while the water solubility and bond strength first increase and then decrease. The effect is better than that of 400 mesh silica fume. The compressive strength of 400 mesh silica fume to epoxy structural adhesive first increases and then stabilizes. The compressive strength of epoxy resin with 800 mesh silica fume first increases After the reduction; micro-silica fume will reduce the epoxy structure of the elongation at break.
