目的 :设计一种治疗念珠菌阴道炎的处方和制备工艺 ,并进行临床疗效观察。方法 :配制复方制霉菌素胶囊 ,选择妇产科念珠菌感染患者进行治疗 ,并以硝酸益康唑栓作对照 ,观察临床疗效。结果 :复方制霉菌素胶囊疗效优于硝酸益康唑栓 (P <0 .0 5 )。经 12 2例患者使用 ,治愈率 94 .3% ,总有效率达 10 0 % ,未见不良反应。结论 :该胶囊剂制作简便 ,质量可靠 ,疗效确切。
Objective: To design a prescription for the treatment of candida vaginitis and its preparation technology, and to observe the clinical curative effect. Methods: The compound nystatin capsule was prepared, and the obstetrics and gynecology Candida infection patients were selected for treatment. Econazole nitrate suppository was used as a control to observe the clinical curative effect. Results: The efficacy of compound nystatin capsules was better than that of econazole nitrate suppositories (P <0.05). After 12 2 patients, the cure rate was 94.3%, the total effective rate was 100%, no adverse reactions. Conclusion: The capsules are easy to make, reliable and effective.
