医院职业化管理是我国医院改革和发展过程中迫切需要解决的问题。中医医院职业化管理则面临更多困境,如人员专业层次混乱,一定程度上存在“西管中”的局面,管理兼职多,专职少,许多还停留在经验管理、看政策管理的层面。当前,我国中医医院管理者的职业化程度低,探索符合中医医院自身特点及发展规律的更深层次的管理人才培养模式显得尤为重要。文章通过对目前中医医院管理队伍职业化所面临的现状进行分析,并提出提升管理队伍中医文化素养是职业化管理突围的方法,并阐述了管理队伍中医文化素养提升的具体路径。
The professional management of hospitals is an urgent problem to be solved in the process of hospital reform and development in our country. Occupational management of TCM hospitals faces more difficulties, such as chaos in the professional level of personnel and the existence of “Western management” in some extent. Many manage part-time and less full-time occupations, and many still stay in experience management and policy management . At present, the degree of professionalization of managers of TCM hospitals in our country is low, and it is particularly important to explore a deeper mode of training management personnel in line with the characteristics and development of TCM hospitals. The article analyzes the status quo of the professionalization of the management team of Chinese medicine hospitals and puts forward the method of enhancing the cultural awareness of management team of Chinese medicine practitioners as a breakthrough in professional management and elaborates on the specific ways of enhancing the cultural awareness of Chinese medicine practitioners.
