目的:探讨在相同的放射治疗条件下,分析比较下腹部肿瘤患者使用不同体位固定装置产生的摆位误差,从而使肿瘤放疗更加精确。方法:选取2013年3月-2014年12月贵州省肿瘤医院收治的100例下腹部肿瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为A、B两组,每组各50例。A组采用单10 cm厚泡沫打孔俯卧位体架体模固定,即Belly-board板固定技术;B组采用科莱瑞迪公司生产的俯卧位盆腔固定系统作固定技术,在首次治疗中使用电子射野影像系统(EPID)测量摆位误差,并进行比较。结果:A组在左右、前后、头脚3个方向摆位误差最大,B组改用俯卧位盆腔固定系统作固定技术误差最小,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在下腹部肿瘤患者摆位中,俯卧位盆腔固定系统作固定技术摆位误差较小,可以提高放射治疗中的摆位精确度。操作简单,效果良好。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the placement error of patients with lower abdominal tumor under the same radiotherapy condition by using different position fixation devices, so as to make tumor radiotherapy more accurate. Methods: A total of 100 patients with lower abdominal cancer treated in Guizhou Cancer Hospital from March 2013 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into A and B groups, 50 cases in each group. In group A, a single 10 cm thick foam drilling and prone prosthesis was used to fasten the phantom, that is, Belly-board fixation technique. In group B, prone-pelvic fixation system manufactured by Coriridii Company was used as the fixation technique and used in the first treatment Electronic field imaging system (EPID) to measure the setup error and make a comparison. Results: In group A, the setting error was largest in three directions, left and right, anterior and posterior, and head and toe. In group B, the error of fixed technique was the smallest in pelvis fixation system. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the setting of lower abdominal tumor patients, prone positioning pelvic fixation system for the positioning technique of small error, can improve the positioning accuracy of radiation therapy. Simple operation, good effect.
