应用问卷调查、测试、数据统计、分析对比等方法,对中外合办院校各年级男生的身体形态、身体机能和身体素质的测评结果进行分析,发现中外合办高校男生的身体素质较好,参与体育活动的积极性较高。锻炼的动机以健身、消遣娱乐和调节情绪为主,选择的项目具有多样性和中外合办高校自身的特点。中外合办高校独特的体育氛围、体育课堂教学、体育价值观是影响学生体质和课余锻炼的主要原因。
By means of questionnaire, test, data statistics, analysis and comparison, the author analyzes the results of body shape, body function and physical fitness of boys of all grades in Chinese-foreign cooperative universities and finds that the physical quality of boys in Chinese-foreign cooperative universities is better, Active participation in sports activities higher. Exercise motivation to fitness, entertainment and mood-based adjustment, the choice of a variety of projects and the characteristics of Chinese-foreign cooperative colleges and universities themselves. The unique sports atmosphere, sports classroom teaching and sports values in Chinese-foreign cooperative universities are the main reasons that affect the students’ physical fitness and after-class training.
