采用失重和比色方法研究了原油输送管线内腐蚀缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能及其在污水中的含量 ,并研究了柴油、降凝剂、杀菌剂对缓蚀性能的影响。结果表明 ,缓蚀剂在水和油中的分配比直接影响其使用 ,分配比太小的缓蚀剂不能用作输油管线的缓蚀剂 ;缓蚀剂与降凝剂、杀菌剂必须具有配伍性。
The corrosion inhibition performance of corrosion inhibitor in crude oil pipeline and its content in sewage were studied by weight loss and colorimetric methods. The effects of diesel, pour point depressant and bactericide on corrosion inhibition were also studied. The results show that the distribution ratio of corrosion inhibitor in water and oil has a direct impact on its use, and the corrosion inhibitor whose distribution ratio is too small can not be used as corrosion inhibitor in oil pipeline. Corrosion inhibitors, pour point depressants and fungicides must be compatible Sex.
