分析1 374例手术大肠癌，发现大肠原发恶性淋巴瘤7例，发病率0.15%。结合文献对本病临床特点及诊疗方法进行了分析。认为手术结合术后一期化疗或放疗是治疗本病的一般方法。对肠镜或钡灌肠发现的大肠占位性病变，而又不能取得病理结果的病例，应积极行剖腹查。
Analysis of 1 374 cases of colorectal cancer, found that the primary colorectal malignant lymphoma in 7 cases, the incidence rate of 0.15%. Combined with the literature, the clinical features and diagnosis and treatment methods of the disease were analyzed. It is considered that surgery combined with postoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy is the general method for treating this disease. For colonic lesions that are found by colonoscopy or barium enema, and where no pathological results can be obtained, an active cesarean section should be performed.
