本文介绍了为了确定百叶窗式散热片的最佳几何形状,利用重合格子法,根据二维差分法对散热片节距、百叶窗角度、散热片厚度等参数进行研究的情况。数值解析的结果表明,对于每一个百叶窗角度,均存在一个最佳的散热片节距和百叶窗节距的组合。它影响着温度尾流的形成。通过温度尾流效果的阐述,提出了评价散热片各参数间最佳组合的数学表达式。另外还指出,对于优化了百叶窗散热片,在20°≤θ≤30°的范围内,百叶片(指百叶窗式散热片——编注)角度值越小换热性能越优。
In order to determine the optimal geometric shape of the louvered heat sink, this paper introduces the research on parameters such as fin pitch, louver angle and fin thickness according to the two-dimensional difference method by the coincidence grid method. Numerical analysis results show that for each louver angle, there is an optimal combination of fin pitch and louver pitch. It affects the formation of temperature wake. Through the description of the temperature wake effect, a mathematical expression for evaluating the best combination of the parameters of the heat sink is proposed. In addition, it is also pointed out that for the optimized louver fin, the smaller the angle value of the louver (referring to the louvered fin-finisher) is, the better the heat exchange performance is in the range of 20 ° ≦ θ ≦ 30 °.
