目的:建立高效液相色谱测定乙酰氨基阿维菌素含量。方法:使用Shimadzu CLC-ODS C18色谱柱(150mm×6.0mm,5μm),以乙腈-水-三氟乙酸(75∶25∶0.01)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,UV检测器波长245nm,进样体积5μL。结果:乙酰氨基阿维菌素在0.25~2.00mg.mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.000),方法的RSD为0.19%,平均回收率99.8%。结论:该方法简便快速,准确可靠,重现性好,结果稳定,适合于乙酰氨基阿维菌素原药和制剂的含量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of acesulfame. Methods: The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-trifluoroacetic acid (75:25:01) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 using a Shimadzu CLC-ODS C18 column (150 mm × 6.0 mm, 5 μm) 245nm, injection volume 5μL. Results: Avermectin had a good linear relationship (r = 1.000) in the range of 0.25-2.00 mg.mL-1. The RSD of the method was 0.19% and the average recovery was 99.8%. Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid, accurate and reliable, reproducible, and stable. It is suitable for the content control of avermectins and preparations.
