宝钢工程是我国建国以来的一项最大重点建设工程。大型冶金设备基础的混凝土量很大,如高炉、转炉、焦炉等基础每个混凝土量达5000~7000m~3,而且结构复杂,技术要求高,施工难度大,施工期又短,因此,在施工中需要采用泵送混凝土集中连续浇灌。而泵送混凝土具有水泥用量大、砂率高、水灰比大、浇灌速度快等特点,当掌握不好时,极易引起混凝土构筑物产生裂纹的危险。特别是主电室、主控制室、轧机、各种工业炉、电缆隧道、通风道、排烟道和油库等基础和地下工程,一般均为地下箱形结构,底标高都在地面以下-5~-10m,会受到地下水
