目的研究进展期胃癌侵犯胃结肠韧带(GCL)的多层螺旋CT表现并探讨其解剖学基础。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的58例进展期胃癌的CT和临床资料,着重分析GCL受累CT表现并与其手术病理结果相对照。结果进展期胃癌侵犯GCL的CT表现为GCL内的实性肿块形成、与癌肿相续的结节影和条索影、粟粒性结节影、脂肪密度增高和淋巴结增大等。结论进展期胃癌侵犯GCL具有一定的CT表现特征,多层螺旋CT在术前评价GCL受侵方面具有重要价值。
Objective To study the multi-slice spiral CT findings of advanced gastric carcinoma invaded the gastric ligament (GCL) and to explore its anatomic basis. Methods The CT and clinical data of 58 patients with advanced gastric cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. The CT findings of GCL involvement were analyzed and compared with the results of surgical pathology. Results The CT manifestations of advanced gastric cancer invading GCL were solid mass formation in GCL, nodules and striae with cancer, miliary nodules, increased fat density and lymph node enlargement. Conclusion GCL has some CT features in patients with advanced gastric cancer. MSCT has important value in evaluating GCL invasion before operation.
