以切花菊品种优香组培苗为试验材料,用6、12、18、24毫特4种磁感应强度和2.5、5、10、20小时4种磁处理时间的组合进行试验,测定磁处理后组培苗的繁殖系数。结果发现,12毫特/10小时处理下组培苗繁殖系数最高,12毫特/5小时处理下组培苗可溶性糖含量最高,18毫特/20小时处理下组培苗相对电导率最低,24毫特/2.5小时处理下组培苗过氧化氢酶活性最低,18毫特/10小时处理下超氧化物歧化酶活性最低,12毫特/2.5小时处理下过氧
The experiment was conducted with the combination of 4 kinds of magnetic induction intensity of 6,12,18,24 milliliter and 4 kinds of magnetic treatment time of 2.5, 5, 10 and 20 hours, Propagation coefficient of tissue culture seedlings.
