本文通过理论分析阐明了渐开线点啮合蜗杆传动是一种值得推广的蜗杆传动,实现点啮合是改善润滑条件,降低接触区对加工及安装误差的敏感性的有效措施。本文采用加大滚刀分度圆直径的工艺方法加工蜗轮,使渐开线蜗杆副实现点啮合。首次讨论了滚刀分度圆直径加大量,对蜗轮副接触迹线和接触区的位置、形状、大小的影响。并分析了蜗杆与蜗轮传动轴交角偏差对接触区的影响。
In this paper, the theoretical analysis shows that the involute point meshing worm drive is a worthy promotion worm drive. To achieve point engagement is an effective measure to improve the lubrication conditions and reduce the sensitivity of the contact zone to machining and installation errors. The influence of the deviation of worm and worm shaft on the contact area was analyzed.
