本文在文献调研的基础上,研究了从精英到大众高等教育质量观的转变过程,从西方有关高等教育质量的主要观点中为电大的远程开放教育寻找理论根据。电大教育资源来自名牌大学的精英教师,做的是高等教育大众化工作,在23年的办学历程中形成了自己的品牌。在未来的办学实践中,只有保持和增值自己的品牌才能走向卓越。
On the basis of literature research, this paper studies the process of changing from elite to mass higher education quality, and tries to find a theoretical basis for the open and distance education of TV University from the perspectives of western higher education quality. TVET education resources from elite teachers at prestigious universities, doing is the popularization of higher education, in the course of 23 years of school formed its own brand. In the future practice of running a school, only to maintain and increase their own brand to excellence.
