第二章:企业设立基本要求第五条:企业必须符合国家产业政策相关规定,具备《食品安全法》规定的与其生产的食品品种、数量相适应的生产场所条件。厂房选址和车间的设计、布局、结构、建设用材料、设施、设备等应符合GB14881及相应食品生产许可审查细则的规定。第六条:厂区应远离污染源。周围不得有烟尘、粉尘、有害气体、放射性物质和其他扩散性污染源,不得有昆虫大量孳生的潜在场所(如垃圾场、养殖场、污水沟等);不得建于受污染河流下游或易发生洪涝灾害的地区。第七条:厂区布局应当合理,各功能区域划分明显,并有分离
Chapter II: Basic Requirements for Establishment of Enterprises Article 5: Enterprises must comply with the relevant provisions of the national industrial policies and have the conditions of production sites that are compatible with the varieties and quantities of foods they produce as stipulated in the Food Safety Law. Plant site selection and workshop design, layout, structure, construction materials, facilities, equipment, etc. should be consistent with the provisions of GB 14881 and the corresponding food production license review rules. Article 6: The factory should be far away from the source of pollution.
