目的了解噪声接触人员的健康情况,为企业噪声作业人员的职业病防治和职业卫生管理工作提供科学依据。方法对巴彦淖尔市2015年度进行职业健康检查的所有噪声作业人员共696人(男608人,女88人)按照《职业健康监护技术规范》进行职业健康检查。结果噪声作业人员血压异常随年龄的增长而增长(P<0.01),男性明显多于女性(P<0.01),与接噪工龄有关(P<0.05);血常规和尿常规异常与年龄无关(均P>0.05),但女性异常率均高于男性(均P<0.01)。在各工龄组间血压、血尿常规和纯音测听异常率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。肝功能异常率男性高于女性(P<0.05);纯音听力检测异常率均随着年龄、工龄增长而增加,男性明显多于女性(P<0.01)。结论噪声作业人员血压、纯音测听异常值出现的频次最高。血压、纯音听力异常值受年龄、工龄及性别因素影响,血常规、尿常规异常与性别、工龄因素有关联。对噪声作业人员必须加强职业卫生监督管理,做好职业防护。
Objective To understand the health condition of the noise exposure personnel and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of occupational diseases and occupational health of the noise workers in the enterprise. Methods A total of 696 noise workers (608 male and 608 female) who conducted occupational health examination in Bayannur City for occupational health examination in accordance with Occupational Health Monitoring Technical Code. Results The abnormal blood pressure of noise workers increased with age (P <0.01), significantly more in males than in females (P <0.01), and was related to the length of noise (P <0.05). The abnormalities of blood and urine were not related to age All P> 0.05), but the abnormal rate of female was higher than that of male (all P <0.01). There were significant differences in abnormal blood pressure, hematuria routine and pure tone audiometry among different age groups (all P <0.05). The abnormal rate of liver function was higher in males than in females (P <0.05). The frequency of pure tone hearing tests increased with the increase of age and length of service. There were more males than females (P <0.01). Conclusion Noise workers, audiometry audiometry abnormalities occur the highest frequency. Blood pressure, pure tone hearing abnormalities by age, length of service and gender factors, blood, urine abnormalities and gender, length of service related. Noise workers must strengthen occupational health supervision and management, good occupational protection.
