中国工商银行风险管理部党支部将学习型党组织建设作为党建工作的重要抓手和业务发展的强大动力,2009年起建立了“增强适岗能力提升员工素质”每周一课培训制度,8年以来坚持每周五傍晚2小时培训,共举办培训300余期,参与培训人员累计超过4000人次。支部通过挖掘员工的学习需要,将学习培养成员工的爱好和习惯,以学习型党组织建设促进业务发展,以业务发展带动人才培养,取得良好成效。
The Party Branch of the Risk Management Department of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China will build a learning party organization as an important starting point for the party building work and a powerful driving force for business development. Since 2009, the party branch has set up a weekly training system to enhance the qualifications of qualified employees and enhance the quality of employees. In the past 8 years, it has persisted in training for 2 hours every Friday evening, held more than 300 training sessions, and accumulated more than 4000 trainees. The branch, through excavating the learning needs of employees, will learn to cultivate the hobbies and habits of its employees, promote the business development with the building of learning-type party organizations, promote the cultivation of qualified personnel with business development, and achieve good results.
