采用Ames试验及小鼠骨髓微核试验对市售的5种氧化型染发剂进行了遗传毒性研究。所测的5种染发剂.不论在有无S9活化系统的情况下.对TA100皆未显示出回变性。在S9活比系统存在下.有2种染发剂对TA98有回变作用。其余不论在有无S9活化系统的情况下皆未呈现出诱变性。5种染发剂按照本次所用试验方案其小鼠骨髓微核试验皆为阴性。结合国外有关报道.染发剂的长期使用和职业接触可能会给人类带来潜在影响.但有待进一步研究证实。
Ames test and mouse bone marrow micronucleus test were used to study the genotoxicity of five commercially available oxidative hair dyes. The five hair dyes tested. With or without S9 activation system. None of TA100 shows retrogradation. In the presence of S9 live ratio system. There are 2 kinds of hair dye on the TA98 back to the role. The rest showed no mutagenicity with or without S9 activation system. Five kinds of hair dye in accordance with the test protocol used in this mouse bone marrow micronucleus test were negative. Combined with foreign reports. The long-term use of hair dyes and occupational exposure may have a potential impact on humans. However, further study confirmed.
