目的 对肾移植急排期间红细胞免疫功能和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)关系进行探讨。方法 通过建立大鼠原位肾移植模型 ,测定 2 0只术后急排期大鼠的红细胞C3b受体花环率 (C3bRR) ,免疫复合物花环率 (ICR) ,免疫黏附促进因子 (RFER) ,免疫黏附抑制因子 (RFIR)及血清SOD酶活性、MDA浓度。并取 2 0只正常大鼠作对照组同步测定。结果 与对照组相比 ,急排组C3bRR、RFER显著降低 ,ICR、RFIR显著升高 ,且SOD酶活性降低、MDA浓度升高 ,并与红细胞免疫功能有相关性。结论 肾移植急排期间红细胞免疫功能下降 ,SOD酶活性降低 ,MDA浓度升高且呈密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between erythrocyte immune function and superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) during acute renal failure. Methods The rat model of orthotopic kidney transplantation was established. The C3bRR, ICR, RFER, Immune adhesion inhibitor (RFIR) and serum SOD activity, MDA concentration. Twenty normal rats were selected as control group for simultaneous determination. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of C3bRR and RFER were significantly decreased, the ICR and RFIR were significantly increased, the activity of SOD was decreased and the concentration of MDA was increased, which was correlated with the immune function of erythrocytes. Conclusion The erythrocyte immune function, the activity of SOD and the concentration of MDA in renal transplantation are closely related to each other.
