文章对2010年至2012年国内3种外语类核心CSSCI期刊学术论文的作者的职称、学历、学术头衔等信息进行了检索统计,结果显示博士头衔一统天下,博导教授半壁江山,副高讲师中坚力量,助教研究生小露锋芒,高层次项目金刚护体。文章认为外语期刊的数量不是科研环境差的表现,但由此产生的三个矛盾导致外语教师发文难,职业发展日益严峻。文章从教师的思想、外语教育历史和职称评定要求等角度对教师科研发展提出了相关对策。
The article conducts a search and statistics on the titles, academic qualifications and academic titles of the authors of the three Chinese CSSCI journals from 2010 to 2012. The results show that the titles of PhDs dominate the world, half of them are professors, Assistant professor graduate small fringe, high-level project diamond body care. The article believes that the number of foreign language journals is not a manifestation of poor research environment, but the resulting three contradictions lead to foreign teachers writing clerics, career development is more serious. The article puts forward some countermeasures to teacher’s scientific research development from the aspects of teacher’s thought, history of foreign language education and requirement of job title evaluation.
