目的分析枸橼酸钠抗凝法在出血患者连续性血液净化中的应用价值。方法选择2013年12月—2014年12月行连续性血液净化的出血患者64例。随机将其分成对照组和治疗组,每组各32例。对照组采用无肝素抗凝法,行连续性血液净化治疗;治疗组采用枸橼酸钠抗凝法,行连续性血液净化治疗。观察两组患者各项指标情况。结果两组患者在抗凝血、滤器、管路使用寿命、更换频次不良反应及治疗目标完成情况方面相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在出血患者连续性血液净化中采用枸橼酸钠抗凝法效果更明显,滤器、管路的使用寿命更长、更换频次更少,安全性高,可推广应用。
Objective To analyze the value of sodium citrate anticoagulation in the continuous blood purification of patients with hemorrhage. Methods Sixty-four patients with hemorrhage of continuous blood purification from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected. Randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with heparin-free anticoagulation and continuous blood purification. The treatment group was treated with sodium citrate anticoagulation and continuous blood purification was performed. Observed the two groups of patients with the indicators. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in terms of anticoagulant, filter, service life of tube, adverse reactions of frequency of replacement and the completion of treatment target (P <0.05). Conclusion Sodium citrate anticoagulation is more effective in the continuous blood purification of patients with hemorrhage. The filter and tubing have longer service life, less frequent replacement, high safety and can be popularized.
