From January 1988 to March 1989, we performed autologous bone marrow transplantation (ABMT) on 3 acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) patients who achieved a complete remission (CR_1) for more than 6 months with initial combination chemotherapy. Now the preliminary results briefed as follows. First, the case selection: 3 cases were selected from the age of 40 years of age, first
