目的 通过神经行为功能测试 ,评价低水平铅接触对作业工人神经系统的影响。方法 采用世界卫生组织推荐的神经行为核心测试组合 (NCTB)对 44名铅作业工人和 34名对照进行测试 ,测试项目包括 :情感状态、简单反应时、数字广度、提转捷度、数字译码、视觉保留、目标追踪。结果 铅作业工人有困惑—迷茫、疲惫—惰性、紧张—焦虑增加 ,简单反应时平均值、数字译码、打点总数、正确打点数 ,两组有显著差异。结论 铅接触影响消极情感、视觉反应速度、操作敏捷度和心理运动功能
Objective To evaluate the effects of low level lead exposure on the nervous system of workers exposed through neurobehavioral functional tests. Methods A total of 44 lead workers and 34 controls were tested using the Neurobehaviour Core Test Set (NCTB) recommended by the World Health Organization. The testing items include emotional status, simple response time, number breadth, lift speed, digital code , Visual reservation, target tracking. Results Lead workers were confused - confused, exhausted - inert, nervous - increased anxiety, simple average response time, number decoding, the total number of RBI, the correct number of RBI, there were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion Lead exposure affects negative affect, visual response rate, operational agility, and psychomotor function
