在当前改革开放,加快建立社会主义市场经济体制的新形势下,如何进一步加强人武部政工科的建设?最近,我们就这个问题到省内部分地市进行了调查。调查结果表明,当前人武部政工科的建设中还存在许多问题。一是一些单位对政工科的建设重视不够,表现为人员缺编、乱借乱拉政工干部和工作经费困难等;二是部分政工干部工作不安心, Under the current situation of reform and opening up and accelerating the establishment of a socialist market economic system, how can we further strengthen the construction of the political and military section of the armed forces department? Recently, we conducted an investigation into some cities in the province on this issue. The survey results show that there are still many problems in the construction of the Political Department of the People’s Armed Police Department. First, some units did not pay enough attention to the construction of the political science and engineering department, which was characterized by lack of staff, indiscriminate use of political cadres and difficulty in working funds, etc. Second, some politicians and cadres were not at ease in their work.
