采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察了不同Sr量Al 11 6 %Si 0 4%Mg合金的组织变化 ,并分析了Sr的存在对Mg2 Si相结晶行为的影响。在未完全变质合金中 ,Mg2 Si相以网络状或笋状等形式存在 ,与共晶Si片之间存在附着生长关系。而在完全变质合金中 ,Mg2 Si相以细小的颗粒相形式孤立地存在于共晶团边界上 ,数量极少。Sr的存在对Mg2 Si相凝固结晶行为产生了重要的影响 ,这与枝晶α的数量和共晶Si的变质程度等因素有关
The microstructures of Al 11 6% Si 0 4% Mg alloys with different amounts of Sr were observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The effect of Sr on the crystallization behavior of Mg 2 Si phase was also analyzed. In the incomplete metamorphism, the Mg2Si phase exists in the form of network or shoot-like, and has the relationship of attachment and growth with the eutectic Si film. In fully metamorphic alloys, the Mg2Si phase exists as a fine particle phase in the isolated eutectic boundary, with a very small number. The presence of Sr has an important effect on the solidification crystallization behavior of Mg2Si phase, which is related to the amount of dendrite α and the degree of deterioration of eutectic Si
