全国人大副委员长成思危曾经在第二届深圳高交会的高新技术论坛上,以学者身份讲明这样一个观点:中国风险投资仍处于初级阶段,规模小,实际投入小,操作欠规范,业绩不够明显,缺乏突出的成功案例。而他认为最严重的问题则是民间资本参与小,政府投资仍是风险投资的主体。他认为,在风险投资中不能调动民间大量的资本,这就违背了风险投资的初衷。
Cheng Siwei, vice chairman of the National People’s Congress, once stated the scholarly position at the Hi-tech Forum of the Second Shenzhen Hi-tech Fair that China’s venture capital is still in its infancy, with a small scale, a small actual investment and a poor standard of operation. Performance is not obvious enough, the lack of outstanding success stories. In his opinion, the most serious problem is that private capital participation is small, and government investment is still the main body of venture capital. He believes that in the venture capital can not mobilize a large number of private capital, which is contrary to the original intention of venture capital.
