本文报告了通痹片的急性毒性实验、对大鼠及犬的长期毒性实验结果,对小鼠:LD_(50)为5.29g/kg。犬口服0.513g/(kg×d)(为小鼠LD_(50)的1/10),连续给药6个月、4个月后出现类似士的宁中毒症状,且BUN升高,停药后恢复正常。犬口服0.051g/(kg×d)连续6个月,大鼠各剂量组均未出现中毒症状,提示该药的临床用量是安全的。
This article reports the acute toxicity test of Tongqiao Tablets and the long-term toxicity test results in rats and dogs. For mice, the LD_(50) is 5.29g/kg. Oral dose of 0.513g/(kg×d) (1/10th of mouse LD_(50)) was similar to strychnine poisoning after 6 months and 4 months of continuous dosing, and BUN was elevated. After returning to normal. Oral administration of 0.051g/(kg×d) to dogs for 6 consecutive months showed no symptoms of poisoning in each dose group of rats, suggesting that the clinical dosage of the drug is safe.
