针对某支架产品浇不足缺陷,分析了其产生的原因,发现缺陷部位最后充型,而又最先凝固。采用提高型壳温度和浇注温度,在铸件容易产生浇不足处的型壳外表面粘贴保温棉,减少型壳层次以增加型壳透气性,有效解决了该铸件浇不足的问题。
In view of the deficiency of a stent product pouring, the reason of the defect was analyzed, and the final filling of the defect part was found, and the first solidification was made. By increasing the temperature of the shell and the pouring temperature, the insulation cotton is pasted on the outer surface of the shell which is prone to pouring insufficiently, and the shell shell level is reduced to increase the air permeability of the shell, thereby effectively solving the problem of insufficient pouring of the castings.
