目的 探讨齐拉西酮治疗对首发精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响.方法 以齐拉西酮与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症各40例作对照研究,采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)不良反应量表(TESS)评定

目的 探讨齐拉西酮治疗对首发精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响.方法 以齐拉西酮与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症各40例作对照研究,采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)不良反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应,WHOQ0L-BREF量表衡量患者的生活质量.结果 最后一次评定,齐拉西酮组BPRS总分降至(15.62±4.37),与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);氯氮平组BPRS总分降至(16.02±4.63),与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P0.05).氯氮平组毒副作用较齐拉西酮组多.经6个月治疗,齐拉西酮组的身心健康、心理健康、社会关系、环境因素的分值分别为(72.43±4.53),(94.87±10.55),(96.31±12.37),(95.43±10.12),氯氮平组的身心健康、心理健康、社会关系、环境因素的分值分别为(69.81±5.37)、(79.72±11.84)、(80.72±11.42、77).(74±10.56).两组患者生活质量较治疗前均有显著改善(P<0.01),在心理健康、社会关系和环境因素等三方面,齐拉西酮优于氯氮平(P<0.01).结论 首发精神分裂症患者在提高患者生活质量方面,齐拉西酮优于氯氮平,有利于精神分裂症的远期康复.
