过程管理体系国际航空企业的重要基础管理架构,我国航空企业在迈向国际一流的进程中,需要进一步加深对过程管理基础性、长期性作用的认识,突破工作流程标准化、规范化的局限,构建整体过程架构,为企业提升管理水平,更好地创造市场价值服务。本文基于对国际航空企业过程管理实践的研究,对过程管理的定位和作用进行了阐述,对航空企业可借鉴的过程管理架构进行了介绍,并对航空企业过程架构建立的基本方法进行了说明。
Process Management System The important basic management structure of international aviation enterprises. As China’s aviation enterprises march toward the world-class, they need to deepen their understanding of the basic and long-term role of process management, to break through the standardization and standardization of work processes, and to build a whole Process structure, improve the management level for the enterprise, to better create market value services. Based on the research of process management practice of international aviation enterprises, this paper elaborates the orientation and function of process management, introduces the process management framework that aviation enterprises can learn from, and describes the basic method of establishing aviation industry process architecture.
