目的:研究不同光照强度对当归产量及阿魏酸含量的影响,为当归栽培措施的优化提供理论参考。方法:采用大田小区试验,当归阴干后称重测定产量,阿魏酸含量采用HPLC法测定。结果:当归产量以遮阳率50%为最高,其次为遮阳率75%;阿魏酸含量随遮阳率的升高而增加,以遮阳率75%为最高,其次为遮阳率50%。结论:适当降低光照强度有利于当归产量形成和阿魏酸积累,遮阳率为50%~75%可提高当归产量及阿魏酸含量。
Objective: To study the effects of different light intensities on the yield and the content of ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis, and to provide a theoretical reference for the optimization of the cultivation of Angelica sinensis. Methods: Using field plot test, Angelica sinensis was weighed to determine the yield, ferulic acid content determined by HPLC. Results: Angelica yield was highest with shading rate of 50%, followed by shading rate of 75%. The content of ferulic acid increased with increasing shading rate, with shading rate of 75% highest, followed by shading rate of 50%. Conclusion: Appropriate reduction of light intensity is conducive to the formation of angelica and the accumulation of ferulic acid. The shading rate of 50% ~ 75% can increase the yield of Angelica sinensis and the content of ferulic acid.
