通过二倍化可使单倍体形成更稳定的类型,其稳定性与原始单倍体基因型有关。这个类型育成的品系常常是通过单株选育,并经过8—10年或更长的时间自花受粉得到的。因此,杂种群体的单倍体在育种中有着重大意义。目前,在遗传育种中,由于出现多倍化的有效方法以及对细胞遗传进行一系列的研究,这就为有效利用棉花单倍体提供了可能。文献资料表明,双胚种子是培育单倍体的可靠来源。为了培育双胚种子,我们利用海岛棉6476依,5904依,8763依,9078依,9123依和9155依品种作为原始材料。
Haplotypes make the haplotype more stable and its stability is related to the original haploid genotype. Often, lines of this type are bred individually and are self-pollinated for 8-10 years or longer. Therefore, haploid hybrid population has great significance in breeding. At present, in the field of genetic breeding, due to the emergence of multiple effective methods and a series of researches on cytogenetics, it is possible to utilize cotton haploid effectively. The literature shows that double germ seeds are a reliable source of nurture haploid. In order to cultivate the double germ seeds, we use island cotton 6476, 5904, 8763, 9078, 9123 and 9155 as the original material.
